First Row is all about serving you; whether you're a business seeking service or an individual seeking growth. We genuinely care about your success and will be rooting for it everyday from the First Row, even if you don't need it. Our blogs can serve as lunchtime reading material, a wake-up call, something to be saved for a later day, or something to share with your co-workers and/or friends.

Our blogs will tell of some experiences we've faced in our professional and personal lives, but we will never give details such as business names; people's names or titles, or anything that can point back directly (or indirectly) to a business or individual.

Some of our experiences may seem negative, and they were probably were at the time, but as mentioned, one of our focuses in these blogs is growth; growing past the negative experiences and being a better organization, person, co-worker, mentor, family member, and friend because of the negative experiences.

To all the organizations, bosses, co-workers, family members, and friends who did us wrong; thank you! We are better people today because of you and will never have anything bad to say about you, even if you really did us wrong. It's all good!
