First Row's Project Management as a Service (PMaaS) manages the entire lifecycle of your project from the Initiation phase through the Planning, Executing, Controlling, and Closing phases; or in some cases, placing a Project Manager in the middle of the project through the Closing phase.

Our PMaaS specializes in cross-functional team collaboration to complete Technical Projects, IT Projects, Small Projects, Large Scale Projects, and projects of any complexity and scope. Our Project Managers will lead Sprints with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders to foster open communication and ensure the project stays on schedule utilizing the allotted resources and within budget.

The Project Plan will be accessible at anytime using a Project Management Tool of the organization's choice, or one the Project Manager recommends and has approved.
