The vCIO has similar responsibilities as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), but they are two different roles. A Custom-Designed Service can be created to combine vCIO responsibilities and CTO responsibilities that align with your business needs.

All Services come with a subscription level defined Responsibility Matrix to document responsibilities of the vCIO, the business, and joint-responsibilities. The vCIO Responsibility Matrix is standard, but can be adjusted on a case-by-case basis to satisfy the business needs as part of the Custom-Designed Service option.
